Small caps rallied this past week as did most of the Adirondack Cup portfolios thanks, in part, to a strong jobs report Friday. All but three schools posted gains. Southern Vermont College advanced nearly 8% moving in to 6th place while University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee made the greatest jump, moving up 5 spots.
