After a strong January, small caps were relatively flat this past week.  Earnings season continued and positively impacted Skidmore (now back in the lead), Geneseo and Buffalo last week.  However, the biggest mover was Bentley due to one of its picks, a biotech company, reporting positive cancer drug trial results which caused the stock to nearly double.
