Typically, this holiday week is positive for stocks, however that was not the case last week as concerns over global growth persisted and oil continued to fall.  Small caps declined over 2.5%.  Four schools managed to buck the trend and Skidmore jumped 8 spots to 7th place while Clarkson moved up 5 notches into first.
